Nikki looks like a mix between a Walker Hound and a Beagle. She is a very loving dog, and loves to play!
She gets along with all the other dogs, big and small.
She has been around kids as young as 4 years and been wonderful with them.
Nikki is house trained, has been successfully treated for heartworm and is up to date with all of her vaccines.
Nikki is a very cool dog and would make a great addition to someones family.

One day last July, I saw a man was sitting
in his motorized scooter with this adorable dog.
The dog was grinning ear to ear, wagging her tail vigorously, and pulling her owner to me. The
owner had a sad look on his face and began to explain, "I have to take her to the Humane
Society because where I stay will not accept her anymore". The man was living in government
subsidized housing. After the dog licked my face and rolled over for me to rub her belly, I could not stand to see this dog go to the pound and agreed to try to place her.
Even though I have two special needs dogs of my own that take up much of my free time and finances,
I thought I would try keeping Nikki myself . My three legged dog Hoppy loves her, but unfortunately
Kati has decided she does not want another female stealing her attention.
