Pound Puppy Rescue Bazaar - The Courtyard Centre, Lytchett Minster on Saturday 21st November 10-4.As always we are trying to raise much needed funds to help pay the vets that save the lives of these unfortunate animals.
Refreshments, cakes, nearly new sale, plants, books, raffle, tombola.
Entry: 50p per family or donate an old mobile phone

The Annual Reunion Barbeque took place on Sunday, 19th July 2009 at Norden Farm, Corfe Castle, Dorset. 
The Annual Get Together and Fun Dog Show and was a great success. It was well attended with lots of people taking part
in the dog show. The rain held off and there was even enough sunshine to turn many of us pink by the end of the day!
The strong wind kept the people looking after the stalls and tents busy trying to stop everything from being blown away.
Several people had stayed the weekend as Norden Farm
is a dog friendly camping and holiday caravan site.
The breeze was from the direction of the sheep pens which my dog (a rescue from Wales) found very interesting.
She spent most of the day twitching her nose in their direction until the barbeque started up when she became
a sniffer dog detecting burgers at 20 yards!
It takes a small army of people to organise and take part in this event in order to make it successful.
They gave up their valuable time for free before and during the day so our grateful thanks to them. A million thanks
to Cindy and
Norden Farm for supplying the field and the facilities.
Many thanks to: Julia for contacting the sponsers, the people who slaved over a hot barbeque all day,
the people worked at the fund raising stands, the people that
loaned equipment and furniture, the people that transported everything, and the judges in the
Fun Dog Show who had the unpopular task of deciding which dogs should win a prize.

I would like to express my gratitude to the helpers, contributors and supporters that made our Pound Puppy Animal Rescue Spring Bazaar a great success. My thanks to those that brought their dogs along. It was lovely to catch up with some of our old foster dogs, all looking happy and very healthy. A huge thank you to the many visitors that dug deep and joined in the activities of the day. I hope everyone enjoyed a rummage and well done to those that were successful on the raffles. The money raised made a significant dent in our ever red account at the Vets and we also found new homes for two dogs. It is heartening that even in these times people care enough to help us help the animals. All at Pound Puppy Animal Rescue would like to thank you for your support and we hope to see you at our get together in the summer.
